Digital Dead-Weight Gauge

The AKSBraemar line of Digital Dead-Weight Gauges has multiple applications and come in two configurations, single and dual pressure. These units are highly accurate and replace the cumbersome mechanical Dead-Weight Tester. The Digital Dead-Weight Gauges can be used in ambient temperatures from -40 • to +50 •C.

The electronics have been designed, tested and calibrated to offer the highest degree of accuracy, while providing the end user the lowest power consumption of any gauge in the market today. The accuracy of any electronic instrument is 100% dependent on the care taken during calibration. This is why AKSBraemar utilizes one of the most advanced Calibration Chambers and Bench Dead-Weight Testers available.

In conjunction with highly accurate calibration equipment, our staff have been trained in the proper use of these instruments and the importance of accuracy during the calibration process. Even after calibration is complete, our Quality Control procedures dictate that the gauge must meet our minimum requirements during the curve fit or it will be rejected, re-inspected, repaired and recalibrated.
