Radio Frequency Dead-Weight Gauge
The AKSBraemar line of Surface Radio Frequency Gauges has multiple applications and come in several configurations: single pressure, dual pressure or dual pressure with external temperature.
The Surface Radio Frequency (R.F.) Recorders can be used in ambient temperatures from -40 • to +50 •C.
The R.F. Gauge will communicate via low frequency radio waves to a Receiver Box. The Receiver Box is connected to a PC and the pressure and temperatures can be stored in the computer memory for future analysis. The R.F. Gauge and Receiver Box can communicate up to 1000 feet.
The R.F. Gauge allows the operator to monitor pressures and temperatures at a safe distance from the source. This can be used in many environments: well testing operations, wire line operations, monitoring offshore jackets without having to physically go onto the jacket, drilling manifolds, and so on.
Software Application
The AKSBraemar Radio Frequency Gauge software is loaded onto any PC and allows the PC to monitor the data from the Radio Frequency Gauge on a realtime basis. This software also allows the user to store the data collected from the R.F. Gauge to the memory of the PC.
Quality Product. Quality Service.
In conjunction with highly accurate calibration equipment, our staff has been trained in the proper use of these instruments and the importance of accuracy during the calibration process.
Even after calibration is complete, our Quality Control procedures dictate that the gauge must meet our minimum requirements during the curve fit or it will be rejected, re-inspected, repaired and recalibrated.
AKSBraemar equipment is of the highest quality, but we do not stop there. We also
supply training and follow-up service that cannot be topped by any of our competitors.
